Your entire staff was totally professional, upfront with more information than I had questions for and made this experience a great one, I feel like my new car is somehow I'm better condition than when I bought it! BJ is the man!! Anytime we talked about the status of my repairs I felt like I was talking to a life long friend that was helping me out...
