I am satisfied with the work that was done, I just wish the estimated time of completion was more accurate. I was told 4 day in a row that my car “should” be done tomorrow. Other than that, the repair seems to be good, I’ve had no issues with my vehicle.

Steven Colon was the Collision Center Estimator who took care of overseeing the work I wanted done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. He was friendly, organized and thorough in determining what parts would be needed, if they needed to be ordered, etc. I appreciated that he kept me informed on the status of the work, completion day/time, etc. I will certainly recommend Chapman Collision Center if anyone is ever looking for repairs. I also appreciated that Steven worked closely with Jesse Ramirez, my Service Advisor, at Chapman Chrysler Jeep in Henderson, NV.

The only negative was that I didn’t feel like I received enough updates on the repairs. They were rather sporadic. But, BJ Hummel was very personable and willing to explain all the charges on the summary. I appreciated that very much.

This is the best customer service we have ever received!!! I mean it! I felt like we were your only customer because we were getting such great service! We knew where everything stood at all times with our van. Steven and the team at your collision department are the best ever! I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful team!!! I will recommend everyone I know to Chapma!!!! Steven walked us around the van and told us exactly what would be done. His service was second to none!!! I would want Steven working for me! He knows customer service.

My truck was unnaceptable, after leaving it in chapmans care for a month and 4 days the door that was repaired still didnt properly fit the body. My personalized insignia was missing off of an undamadged door, my parts are missing after i specifically asked they be placed in my bed and was told they would be and your repair specialist lied to me regarding my alighnment being denied by insurance. My truck is still there. I had to get a rental. Overall the worst repair job ever.

They have stole my pulling jack the day I got my rock which is today the 27th of September. Along with that but at Chapman where I picked up my Tahoe they tried giving me wrong information saying that the truck won't run becuase of the battery and once I checked the battery the battery was perfectly fine.
