Five Star for Steve Colon. Great guy. Very knowledgeable & experience on his job. Good explainer. He is kind enough & make time to explain things. as a girl. I don't know anything. I'll give him another Five Star for updating me, what they doing in my car. Very very happy with my car. Great paint job!!! Will recommend to family & friends. Thank you Chapman.

Not happy with this truck, many problems, Chrysler Resolutions is a joke, they are not working with me to resolve the cost that I am stuck with. If they do not come to the table I will have to take further actions?

Kudos to the excellent Chapman team. My SUV was repaired and returned as estimated by BJ in excellent condition. BJ and Maria took the time to help make arrangements to pick up our rental vehicle when they noticed we were eating a long time. The updates on the status of the repair work was great service and the entire experience was terrific. Thanks again.

I was given a timeline of 2 weeks for repairs to my car and at the same time I asked for clarification on the policy of payment. And I was told that The shop except personal checks as a form of payment. After several setbacks in the timeline on the repairs on my car that I always had to contact the shop about to see where they were at in the work the timeline basically doubled from two weeks to almost 4 weeks. I feel taken advantage of. I was lied too. I was basically blowing off for no good reason. And I'm angry that I always have to initiate contact. Basically I feel that had I taken it somewhere else I would've been treated better. The roughest part of it all is knowing that I am at the mercy of their repair shop because they have my car and it's not like I can just pick up my car and take it somewhere else and if either had a choice to do so I would've. I will never use Chapman again and would never recommend them to anybody I know.

5 Star Quality!!! The manager BJ did my estimate and ensured everyting went well. Even detailed entire truck, looks brand new. Very pleased!!

Se tomaron mucho tiempo desde que me hicieron el estimado y nunca me llamaron para que llevará el carro a arreglar al mes llame yo para llevarlo lo mismo pasó cuando lo lleve a arreglar se tardaron dos semanas y tube que ir a ver que pasaba y ya estaba el carro listo y nadie me llamo,nunca más iría con ustedes y le voy a informar a mi aseguranza de su mal servicio

I accidently my pressed the wrong button on the survey. I have never had to make an insurance claim before and the whole process was aggravating as ****. I picked your location only because it was close to home and near to a Hertz rental car company. I have very surprised and relieved by the outstanding service of your employees and representatives. Professional, courteous, informative and all around pleasant. Based on my experience as a consumer and a former manager/employer I would have been very proud of them. Keep up a the great work. I may be back for a couple additional things I need done with my vehicle.

Was told it would be done, "maybe Friday, probably Monday" only to have it "done" on Wednesday. Then there was additional damage, that fortunately "buffed out" but meant waiting around.
