Was very slow to process evaluation report to send to insurance company. to get my stuff, I had to send someone else on my behalf after coming in twice because they didn't know where my car or keys were stored. Staff is friendly but slow to react and seems unorganized.

Discovered when I picked the car up it was not repaired as I was initially told. Told no painting needed, that small dents repaired w/out, but car still kept for 7 days. Mileage on drop off says 491(your paperwork) . Mileage read 561 when picked up. How did my car gain 70 miles??
