Washer fluid tank leaks. Picked up vehicle 8/21/14. Pushed washer fluid leaver and nothing came out. Took car home and raised the engine lid. Top was not on washer fluid tank. Began to put washer fluid in and it ran out the bottom of the tank. Will have to bring it back in 8/24/14.

There are damages to my car that were not there wen my car was dropped off. When I approahed them about it they dismissed me and were completely rude, even the head management was rude and was not at all concerned with trying to fix issues or address them. They also called the police with dismissing me, all because they did not want to take responsibility of the damage they did. I took picture of damage before I left the Lott and they refused them because they weren't digital. I also showed it to a gentlemen and there was still denial. Mike was theain person who was involved with the rude actions. I was completely unsatisfied and I will never take my car there again.

I thought everything was fixed properly but it wasn't at all. I will call about all the issues on Friday to bring it back to you on monday. I am in Pensacola on Thursday evening until Friday evening otherwise I would of brought it back to you Thursday late afternoon.

My only complaint was follow up. I was scheduled to have my car back Tuesday August 12, 2014, and did not get it back until Wednesday. I was not verbally updated on this status until I called the shop to check on my car. Better follow up would have been nice but overall I had a good experience and would use the shop again. I would also recommend Miracle Strip others.
