All repairs were done to a level of excellence well above our expectations.
But caution should be taken when providing ETIC'S,and insure that you contact or call back your customers when you say you will. If estimated completion dates and times are not met and the customer does not have the use of a rental car things can get challenging for the anxious customer, to meet appointments and other commitments, especially the wife (her car).
Repair actions exceptional / customer service communication needs tweaking. "Job Well Done"
