The car was properly repair and cleaned. I am very happy with the great workmanship. Dean was professional and courteous. It was also very convenient to have the car rental and Geico staff all under one roof.

Hector is amazing

Dean was great and did his best to helo help me out With some issues I had upon picking up my, and the car repair itself was excellent. Mari and Ravi at Enterprise were were excellent as well. Ravi as well helped me with some issues I had upon return the rental, very warm and Appling attitude, and made me feel comfortable about having to pay extra for the rental. Vivian from Geico had a very negative and condecening attitude. From the beginning she was rude, when I told her that there wasn't a scrape on my front bummer before the accident, fortunately Dean said no problem we will take care of it, I was really happy with his can do attitude. Vivian again upon return of my car had a can't do attitude and smile that was less than convincing, and abrasive. I attempt to explain confusion in returning the rental and when my car was complete. I was immediately met with rudeness, which put me on guard. During the elevated conversation, I attempted to tell Vivian that it was not about the money to me, and she yelled, "it is about the money." I was shocked because I thought it was about helping the client out of a bad situation. The point of making the statement was to elude that I would except sone responsibility, and work some payment out. Dean, I believe recognized this and offered to pay 2 days, which I probably would have been fine with, but Vivian' s lack of proper customer service was so off putting I lost the thought of wanting to work something out. Ultimately, between Dean and enterprise I would use Service King again, but Vivian needs to simply be more warm.

totally happy with the repair work. Over joyed about the extra cleaning of my headlights that came out so clear like the day I bought my car. The dealer pros didn't get them this clear when I paid them to. So pleased the work got done 2 days faster than foretold.

Hector was great, kept in touch when there were complications and returned my car when he said it would be ready - and as a bonus, he returned my car cleaner than it’s been in awhile!
