I am really glad I chooses Geico and Geico has Service King as my local express service center. The place is super clean, shop organized, staffs are couteous, and most importantly get my job done on time according to initial estimate. Rental on site was a bit dirty but acceptable; help saved my time in and out. Very satisfied and hope to see this business continue to thrive and be better

The people here are really nice and friendly. My car has been very well repaired, not only the crashed parts, I noticed the entire van was re-painted, it looks like brand new now. Two thumbs up!

The service advisor was very slow to get back to me several times when I called. Once the car was finished, he called me 15 minutes before the shop was to be closed to tell me I can come to pick it up. Also when I came to pick up the car the next morning, there were two ladies at the front desk. I told both of them that I was picking up my car. One of them told me to wait, and they continued on to do whatever they were doing. I waited for at least 5 minutes, they still haven’t called my advisor that I was here to pick up the car. So I got fed up and told them I still have an appointment to go right after picking up the car (which I did). One of the ladies finally pick up the phone to tell my advisor that I was here to pick up my car ( which didn’t take more than 30 seconds of her time to do it).
