Wentworths came recommended by a family memeber. Im so glad i listened. They were professional, courteous and did a phenomenal job on my repair. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I would definitely use them again in the future. Hopefully I wont have to. ???? Awesome job guys.

The scratch on my drivers side door that I was told was taken care of is still there. Also the rubber piece that covers where the hitch would be on my bumper is torn up from whatever reason. I guess then you had to take the bed of my truck off.

Your shop does excellent collision repair and I am totally satisfied with the work that was completed. The only negative aspect of my experience at your shop involves the customer representative, Mr. Matt Lusk. Ill explain: I brought in my truck after having a collision with a deer. The incident resulted in damage to the left front end. During the initial estimate process I showed Mr. Lusk the damage from the deer. I additionally pointed out some prior unrelated damage on the right side of the truck bed and rear bumper that I requested be repaired also. He stated that the non-insurance claim repairs to the right side could be completed concurrently with the left front repairs. After several days in the shop I received a phone call stating that the truck was 'ready' for pickup. Upon arrival to your shop I immediately noticed that no repair action had been taken on the right side. Mr. Lusk apologized, stating that he 'forgot'. He also promised that if I scheduled a later appt. he'd complete the work in 3 days. I brought the truck back for the 2nd time and I rented a car using my own funds. The work was ultimately completed in 4 days. The extra day wasn't an issue to me as I was more concerned with having the work done correctly. Mr. Lusk then called again, stating that the truck was ready. When I arrived at your shop I immediately noticed that no work had been performed to repair a scratch on the right rear bumper. When I mentioned it he immediately became defensive, stating that the repair wasnt included on the initial estimate. After checking I found this to be a correct statement - the scratch was not listed on the original estimate. My issue lies with the fact that I expressed my desire to have the scratch fixed during the initial estimate, but apparently he either forgot to include it on the estimate or just didnt care to. So now, after having over 4,000 of repairs done by your shop I still have a glaring scratch on my right rear bumper. As I mentioned earlier I have no issues with your shops quality of work, but Im left with a less than positive experience due to Mr. Lusks lack of attention to detail and his confrontational attitude.
