They always make the process so easy and smooth. The staff is extremely polite and welcoming and they were always available to answer questions. I really trust their work on the car and it looks like new! I worked with Marissa Ramirez throughout the process of the repairs and the car was ready even before the expected date of completion. She would update me regularly on the status of the vehicle and followed up with me a couple days after I got my car back. I will definitely be returning to this body shop for any repairs on all my cars. Thank you so much for the hospitality and quality of work! Sincerely, Jacob F

I really appreciate the follow up and attention to customers' concerns. The staff, Leo and Raul, were attentive to the car's repairs and let me know about what was done and their contact with AAA. Front office staff were very friendly as well. Thank you for the service
