I was dissatisfied due to lack of communication. I had to call every day to check on the status of my vehicle. No one ever contacted me to let me know what was going on. On the 4th day I called to ask about it and was told it was being finished up at that moment and would be ready in about 30 mins. I arrived about 4 hours later after making arrangements with a family member to take me there and I was told that it was in fact not ready and they were waiting on parts that were broken. But yet no one called to tell me not to waste my time to come pick it up. While driving the car home the back doors glass that was replaced popped open. There is no trigger release other than the button on the back door so there was no reason why it should have popped open. So I now have to take my car back AGAIN!! Due to a previous visit my husbands number was the one on file. I told them to call me and gave them my cell number. On the 5th day when the vehicle was actually ready he was the one that was called and told about it. He currently works at a job that does not allow him to have phone calls during business hours.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice; special kudos to Davina and Jeremiah. My schedule needed to be rearranged, rental companies called, several phone calls back and forth...all handled professionally. My repair was finished early and it looks great! The unexpected treat was that it got vacuumed out as well. :) My family has used your company in the past, and we'll do so in the future should the need arise. As I was waiting for my rental car at Enterprise last week, I overheard an assistant manager there speaking with a customer. The customer said she was looking for a place to take a car that needed repairs. The Enterprise employee recommended your company, saying she knew you would do a good job and you're easy to work with. She didn't recommend any other companies. Thought you'd want to know. Excellent customer service

I was called on the 30th & told that the truck would not be ready. I was told they needed to put 3 bolts on and wash the truck. I was told the truck would be ready in the morning. I called at 1238 on the 1st. I was told the truck was ready. I had my son meet me there and paid my deductible. I was taken to look at the truck & it was still being worked on. My son stayed to wait & I left. My son called me. He told me the lady at the front desk told him we showed up **** ****/2 hours early. Trust me had some at the business ever been honest when I called I never would have showed up. When my son left with the truck it still was not finished. We had to bring the truck back to be finished.

I was pleased with both the quality and speed of the work, as well as Jeremiah's friendliness and clear explanation of what was to be done (beforehand) and his explanation afterward of the process.
