To no fault of Davis paint and collision my repair took longer than expected. However, the staff was very friendly and tried their best to remedy the situation. I was very pleased

Was a bit concerned about the replacement parking light bezel being the wrong type and wasn't noticed until I picked the truck up after repairs being completed . Also found secondary paint damage on left windshield frame from what seem to have happened on hood installation that wasn't found until I picked truck up from repairs.

I am not sure ify car is repaired or not. The last message said I could expect a phone call. I haven't received one yet. Ive had several updates which wasn't necessary. No one ever told me approx how long this repair was supposed to take. I would have requested a loaner of I'd known. Anyway I'll pick my car up whenever I am told come get your car. I haven't been told that yet. Is it ready to pickup?

I am very satisfied with the work and the quality of the work. I am not satisfied with the repair updates. I did not get any updates until after I had been contacted that my vehicle was ready, then I received three updates in six minutes. The updates I did receive were only when I called and personally asked for information.

Window washer not working I'm back in Fort Worth and can not check it. I don't know if it was not filled or was not hooked up. Horn is not right I don't. Think the high tone is working. Drivers headlight lens has foggy spots looks like they got the buffer on the lens when they were compounding the paint Monday evening.
