first time that I have not been completely satisfied with the delivery. small scratch on the brand new front bumper, the hood of the truck on the front driver side looks like a lot of little scratches in it and there is an overspray on the passenger side of the rear bumper - silver/gray color. the alignment is not right. how can deer hair be stuck between the wheel rim and the bead of the tire and not affect the alignment. not sure if the last issue is insurance fault or scott's.

The team at Scott's is wonderful. I'd been through a couple of horrible customer service experiences recently (one pertaining to the car that was damaged) and was feeling worn out and beaten up dealing with companies. Caylee (sorry if I misspelled) and Kevin were overwhelmingly competent, helpful and friendly. The work looks great and I'd highly recommend Scott's to others.

The office manager was very responsive and provided frequent contact and feedback to make sure I knew the status of the repairs on my vehicle. When we picked up the car the person that went over the work with me was knowledgeable and helpful. They made a stressful time much easier through the entire process.
