This is my third (?) experience with IFM, and once again I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy the company demonstrates. Dave, as always, is an invaluable, knowledgeable, and friendly connection for the customer. Marisa was also a pleasure to work with; she is efficient and knows this business. IFM does it the right way!

I honestly expected it to be ALOT cleaner. There are streaks all over the exterior and the windshield was so bad that at times, when the sun was hitting it just right, I couldn't see at all. It looked like it was washed with a slop rag. The interior is covered in grit. It's filthy.
