I have a engine interlock system to properly start my car, this was communicated to the Geico manager, I recieved violations due to my instructions not communicated to the workers who did the repairs to my car. This problem cost me a few hundred in violation costs and a day lost from work with a cost over 700 dollars extra out of pocket costs, I am very upset that my instructions were not followed by IFM Collision and expect to rebutted for my inconvenient service. I appreciated emails and texts giving updates. I waited quite a while to get the car when I picked it up, but understand it was busy. A more realistic timeframe of how long the wait would be would have been helpful.

The Staff at IFM are great!!! I've never had such a great experience with an auto body shop before. I will definitely recommend IFM and if I ever need to use them again I will in a heartbeat. Great Job and Keep up the Fantastic Work!!!!

It was a pleasure working with you. From the moment I walked in until it was time to pick up my car. The clientele was polite and curious and very helpful.
