Several "required" forms were not completed, including one that listed the names and signatures of employees who were supposed to perform final inspections of the repair.

Everyone did a great job, with me as the customer. Everyone was helpful, courteous and very professional. One point that really stood out, in addition, to the prior comments was the running communication regarding the cars progress - it absolutely gave me more confidence because I knew, by your actions, not just with your "words" that you had the situation under control and I was in good hands - thanks again, I would recommend you to any of my friends.

Over ten years ago, my wife brought her car to your center, and she was extreamly happy with the results. Gegrfically there are other reputable body shops around, but my wife insisted on having this particular work done at your center. She was right! IFM completed work on my both of my cars....Yes, I backed one into another! They finished the work earlier than promised and consistently updated us on the cars progress. We are very happy with the work that was done.
