Unfortunately there was still a ding on the side of my car that I pointed out to your team before I left. Upon closer inspection Later today you can see overspray on one of the panels and there are bubbles all over the hood. All in all it was a really bad job and very disappointing. It was also piinted out to me that paint dies not have the same metalic sheen that the factory paint does. While I have every confidence that you will fix all this - and even with the promise of a rental car - it is a big problem for me to have to give up my car again for another week. Looking forward to hearing back.

I received excellent and speedy service when I was dropping off my car and picking up a loaner. Every person responsible for making the transaction happen was on time and I was done checking in within 20 minutes. My car repairs were completed a day and a half ahead of time. There is just one problem. I recieved a e-mail in the morning that the job was 50% complete. That was after one week, later that day the job was complete. How does 50% takes one week and second 50% a few hours?

Not satisfied at all. Why didn't you complete the job and finish the right side? I am very, very dissatisfied!. There is a long scratch on the right back side. You had the car for over a week, and this is the best you could do?? I am calling Geico.
