I was in unknown territory going through such an unforeseen and unexpected unfortunate experience. I am so very grateful for the way the process in my case was handled. My level of stress and anxiety was through the roof but LORIE was so patient, kind and reassuring that she was able to calm my fears. I had the opportunity to meet her in person and personally thank her. Her smile and demeanor puts you at ease as soon you walk through the door.
As for the work that was done on my car, well that is a more complicated story due to the age of my vehicle and insurance coverage but let me say that with that having been the case, Patrick (I think that was him name) put my auto back together for me to pick up and drive off the premises in better and safer conditions than what I arrived.
Whoever the man I talked to on the phone from Davis, just like LORIE, was kind and understanding.
The Davis team made a stressful experience less painful and I am truly grateful.

The car looks like new, so I was very impressed with the work!!! My only complaint is that it took days to get an estimate, which delayed getting it approved by insurance, and ordering parts, so the process took quite a long time. In previous experiences I was able to get an estimate right away, then it went to insurance right away. So my only dissatisfaction was in the length of time to get the estimate which delayed everything. I did not have car rental insurance, so this was a financial burden on me to a have to rent a car for so long. But, thank you for your excellent work!
