I had a new front bumper put on and there were a lot of scratch marks from the installation. Careless work. Now I need to come back next week to have it fixed which is totally inconvenient. Pretty disappointed.

The process was efficient, friendly service and work performed in the timeframe given. Brad was very pleasant and quick with his estimates and making sure parts were on site when vehicle brought in. The continuous updates via email were a good resource as to status of the work, but could become a bit extensive if my service was to take several days.

Every other person I know that has gotten into an accident and then had their car worked on, the car is returned, not only fixed, but also cleaned. Is this not part of the service?
