From the moment I arrived at Classic Collision, I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. They were understanding and caring when it came to repairing my vehicle. I felt like they actually cared about my circumstance. In addition, the rental vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment. Enterprise was also professional and caring. It is difficult when you are inconvenienced by an accident. However, the excellent service which CC, Geico & Enterprise provided made it much easier. Communication regarding my vehicle, as well as where we were in the process, was excellent!!! Thank you for going above and beyond and for a job well done!

I was dropped off to pick up my car today. Upon inspection, I could clearly see that the driver door guard (trim) was not installed properly. There was a clear **** inch + gap. Your company came highly recommended, but I would not do so. The job was not done properly and there was obviously not quality control or review before notifying me it was ready. I ended up having to wait over 45 minutes to have it removed and redone.
