The process was made very easy and I appreciated the update texts along the way. Michelle and the lady at the front desk(sorry I forget her name) we’re understanding and efficient. Although I hope I never have to go to another collision autoshop( I was hit & run ??), if I ever have to I would come back. For sure I will recommend. Thank you!

The two ladies( Stephanie and Haley) who took care of fixing my car showed nothing but professionalism & care. Everything was explained thoroughly and accurately. The car was ready when they promised and their friendly demeanor and smiley faces was icing on the cake ..!!!!???? I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. ????

I love the shop! Everybody was very friendly and very professional, and my car was beautiful when it was finished. Plus they vacuumed cleaned it looked awesome. Also finished in a very timely fashion. Would recommend to anyone that asked.

I received the best service from the moment I walked into the shop. Friendly , courteous helpful pleasant staff at front office . I needed a ride home ( didn’t need loaner car) which they promptly did . When my car was ready they drove it to my home for me to sign off . The work was done quickly and I was satisfied with the result . I will highly recommend .

They always kept me updated with the text but also called me every night with updates as well. I appreciate that. Fix auto said that my car would be down on Friday but they were done Thursday morning. That was an unexpected surprise. I definitely will return if I encounter another issue with my vehicle.
