The work that originally brought me to you was performed satisfactorily - the repair looks great! But I also asked that some touch-up paint be applied to the right rear fender where another car scraped me in a separate incident unrelated to the work I came in for. The estimator indicated that it could be done - I was going to pay separately for it - but I was disappointed to see that the touch-up was not done.

I was almost embarrassed to have been treated so regally by your staff. When a supplier sent a wrong part, the staff worked extra hard to have my car ready on time, thereby saving me from having to pay for another day's car rental fee.

The team at Fix Auto are the most professional team of people I have ever encountered. They were so thorough, and gave in depth explanations of the whole process. This detailed explanation really cut down on any anxiety that I had been experienced previous to walking in the door. Furthermore they did a beautiful job on the body of my Toyota and actually finished ahead of time! I will be recommending Fix Auto to my cohorts, friends and family..

The repair was done well. But the completion date kept on getting pushed back. Also for some unknown reason to me the antenna of my car was removed and left on the floor in the front passenger seat. So that was a little annoying.
