I felt confident in the work and was notified each step of the way, until Friday when I expected to pick up my car. I phoned to find out what time to pick up my car because I had business in Mobile on Friday afternoon; it was at that time I was told it would not be ready until Monday. Communication had been excellent up to that point. I should have been told when the service department knew my car could not be finished due to a part that had not arrived. I believe people should be told although the rental company has a car waiting for you when you drop off you don’t leave your rental at Advanced when you pick up your car. I did find out from Enterprise had I needed them to I could have arranged with them to. With that being said, I will definitely use Advanced again and recommend them. I’m saying this so Advanced will be aware and have better communication.

There is a rumble in the front. I think the new tire needs to be moved to the back and the front shocks need to be checked. I am heading out of town on a family emergency tomorrow. I will call at the end of the month to set up an appointment. Otherwise all seems to be fine.

They did a great job! They gave me an estimate and showed me step by step what was missing or what had to be done. My car had to be fixed from the front bumper and it had a few more repairs. I was updated about my car everyday, and everyone was very helpful and sweet. It’s pretty pricy but it was worth it. You get what you paid for it and I loved the results! My car was left new! I really recommend this place.

My car went in for repairs on the 19th. Of February and did not get completed until the late evening of March 2nd. The first week i never got a call for an update, i had to call every other day to see how much longer the process was going to last. They kept telling me that they never got the part or they sent the wrong part. I ended up paying over $400.00 in car rental fees and it was a couple of tuff/rough weeks mentally for myself. I never got accommodated for the long process in any way. After about a week ****/2 i finally got a guy by the name of monte was took over this issue and called me every day with an update until the issue was finally solved and my car auto work was finally completed. P.S. great work on the car just not the best customer service. "Monte, thank you for your help towards the end of this process"!
