When I got in my car, I noticed a hair line crack in the windshield, I brought it to the attention of Burt. I'll have to take the car back in next week to get the front windshield replaced. He did not know how it happened. The windshield was not part of the repairs. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the repairs.

Front plate was missing. They found the plate, but was told too bad about the screws to mount. it. Yesterday, looked under the car, and the thermal switch for the washers and mirrors is now missing. It was there before car was taken in. Screws to the part that would hold the sensor are loose, and I know it had to be removed to replace the fender. Still waiting on turn signal light. The big difficult stuff was done right. The paint and paint matching look good. It's a shame that the small stuff sours the experience.

Everybody was very friendly and professional, with the updates they kept me in the loop and when I get to pick up my vehicle it was sparkling cleanned and I even got a fool tank of gas. And all those were just the "bonus" because if we talk about the body work, all I can say is that it was outstanding!

Parts did not get ordered as they should have, the repair took longer then it should have, and when I was called to pick it up my vehicle I had to point out missing parts again. Then had to make arrangements at a later date to get the missing parts installed. Very bad experience for me and it is very doubtful I would reccommend anyone to AA.
