There was some dirty spots inside my car like white residue maybe wax-like on my seat and on steering wheel. Also there was some scratch marks on my door panel that weren't there before. I would just them to treat the car like it was theirs. Thank you.

I was involved in a car accident on September 15, and I was upset, had a broken foot, and my Mustang was damaged. From the second I dropped my car off at Jim and Jacks, I knew it was in good hands. Your customer service was exceptional. I appreciated the text message updates and friendly phone calls from Jesse. Jim and Jacks turned my horrible collision experience around, and made me feel at ease from the moment they received my car.
