It was a great experience. Jesse went above and beyond to take care of everything for me even numerous unexpected issues unrelated to the accident. I will always bring my vehicles back and I will recommend Jim and Jack's to everyone I know.

Anthony informed me of my vehicle being complete two days ahead of schedule. When I went to pick up my vehicle it was still in need of additional repairs. I was informed it would take until Monday before the repairs were completed. I responded that I'd rather take my car now, and he argued he might be able to complete the job faster. Kind of ridiculous since he could have held onto it and actually completed the job he agreed to.

Completely satisfied. Your entire team is wonderful to work with. They always seem very happy to be at work, and always happy to make the customer happy! Extra KUDOS to Gus for going over and above what's expected. And the quality of the repair was unbelievable. Car almost looks brand new and it's almost 15 years old! Thank you Jim and Jacks!

Gabrial is great! He knows how to make me feel important as a customer. He knows insurance and cars like the true professional that he is. The ladies at the counter are courteous and quick to acknowledge me when I arrive. The waiting room and rest room are clean too! Good job Jim&Jack team!!
