You spent 8 days to repair a bumper of the most ubiquitous car in the market Your excuse was you ordered the wrong part You sent text messages and updates to the wrong number provided on the paperwork You provided no updates on the car. I had to call to ask for updates and even then, had to wait an hour for someone to call back with an update I got conflicting updates (one person said the car would be ready; I drove over to pick the car up only to have you say the car is not ready

Satisfied with J&J, but VERY DISAPPOINTED with rental car selection. Rental counter woman was very nice and she tried very hard. This made the entire experience BAD.
