Everyone I encountered at Jim and Jacks was friendly and eager to help with anything. Even the guys running the cars back and forth made an effort to be friendly to me. This is my second time here, luckily in 20 years, but I recommend Jim and Jacks to any unfortunate friend that needs them. Manuel was great, and I was always updated with the status of my car. It was even done a day early, which stinks because I was kinda diggin the rental...
