Front office staff set the tone by being pleasant and welcoming. I felt so great when I opened the door and was my NAME saying WELCOME. Such a simple touch but it shows they were ready for me and I was important to them. Very patient with me and not once made me feel that I was HOLDING up their day to day proceeding.
