I've only had the car back for a couple of days or so it seems to be just fine so far and it was done sooner then the expected completion date. Everybody was very courteous answer to all my questions and kept me informed. I would definitely recommend your shop thanks for all your help.

Working with your company was a terrible experience. I would not recommend you to others and I hope I never need your specialized services again. I was told that I would have to wait three weeks for estimate because you were too busy (customers don't want to hear this) car was not ready for pick up on time and had to wait over an hour to drive off after waiting nearly 8 weeks for the repair and your agent retained my credit card and forgot to return it so I had to drive back to your facility. The car looks like new. The repair job was done very well. Would never know that there had been damage to the right rear bumper. The car is spotless inside and out. I felt like I was driving a new car home today. Thank you for keeping us informed several times on the progress of the repair process. it was good to know what the time frame for the repairs was. Everyone at Kniesel's is very efficient, pleasant and easy to work with.
