I left today so happy with my car repairs and with the way I was treated throughout the entire process. Everyone from the lobby, Doug and the Enterprise staff were awesome! I didn't expect my car to be cleaned inside and out nor for it to be done as fast as it was. My family has done business with Kniesels for years and this experience further confirms how great you all are and that I will be returning in the future!! Thank you!!!!

All damage should have been discovered during first inspection, so that all parts where at the location before the appointment time. Instead of extending the the work day by day. Car looks great even though it took 4 days longer.
