I liked the one on one relationship with the estimator Doug, it is a huge shop but I didn't feel like a number. The car rental next door was very convenient. I would recommend them for service. I was very appreciative that they waited a few minutes for me tonight, was getting there after work in traffic from an hour away just at closing.

The communication was off. I thought I was getting a finished product and ended up with an unfinished product. It was explained to to me at the end but after having Waited two weeks for an appointment then 3 days for the repair that was not complete I will take it somewhere else to finish the work.

Everything was wonderful. Starting with Stephanie Taxera, she explained everything & I wasn't scared. I only came 4 an estimate but left KNOWING I would use your company. I enjoyed the text updates made me feel in touch. When I picked up my beautiful shiny "new" car I was so completely satisfied. I didn't know what to expect but I never expected this. I was sent your direction by word of mouth and I fully plan to send any of my friends your way also.
I must say I was not thrilled with Enterprise next door. I know they are not part of your company but I think they need to know some of us don't rent cars everyday. They were intimateing. And I know this is a problem because the gentleman who returned my car hinted at it as well.
