Kniesel's bought two different tires for my vehicle and when I picked up my car they were both installed on the left side. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to correct this and put it on the front of a car. I left and immediately noticed how loud the tires were and it sounded like I was driving a four-wheel drive with Mud terrain tires and it caused a slight vibration in my steering wheel. After traveling about 7 miles all the check engine lights on my car lit up and my car turned off. I don't know if it has anything to do with any of the repairs or something else but it's very frustrating.

When they were trying to buff out where the paint ran they obviously didn't remove the tailgate or even open it because now I have buff marks on my black bumper which weren't there when I brought it in.

Repair timing was excessive! Also estimator didn't communicate with insurance properly. Ordered WRONG repairs. Your workers left black smudges on inside headliner. Also put on protective covering on paint when specifically told not to. Hood repair left waving finish with imprints. Also dust particles in door finish. Tape left on windshield. Some sort of paint or chemical ripe down on windshield and side passenger windows. No I am not happy. My truck will be back MONDAY at opening

Body work great, overall happy, but final detail work not good! A lot of grinding dust and rubbing compound left in nooks and crannies! Window glass not cleaned adequately! B+!

Your group kept me well informed, took care of all the communication with the insurance company, and even took care of staging the rental truck. Not only did the repair work look great, who ever detailed the truck even took out some non related scuff marks on the paint. I'm grateful for all the hard work your team did and will use and endorse Kniiesel's for any of my future needs or anyone looking for a recommendation.
