My Mom use to tell me that in all good things you wait....the office is busy, and it took a while to make an appointment, but everything was handled from office to estimator with polite, professional people. Once my car was in, I waited and in no time it was done. Will suggest to others and if I need to come back, no brainer! Great service!

Driver headlamp is a little misaligned and driver side fog lamp is inop. Bringing it back to have it fixed. Other than that the rest of the repairs are flawless!

Great Job. Excellent painting skills from the **** that painted my tail gate. Estomater did a great job as well as being very professional. Secretarys could improve a bit but overall I'm satisfied customer. Thank you

This is our 6th car over 17 years that we've brought to Kniesel's. We are VERY satisfied and happy with the way our cars have been repaired. They have been high-end cars: Mercedes, Jaguar, Audi, Acura, as well as Fords. We're getting the hood repainted in our Aston-Martin next so we have a lot of confidence in their services.
