I was more than satisfied with the service kniesels provided. It did take longer for me to get my car but only because parts had not arrived. Jacob was the one to handle my car and I recieved it looking clean and beautiful. I didn't think I'd recieve my car so much better than I had dropped it off as. I will definitely be recommending kniesels to my friends and family.

Although I am completely satisfied with the overall service that Kniesel's provided, there was one minor item I'd like to make you aware of. When I picked up the car I noticed my Mickey Mouse key chain was no longer hanging from the rear view mirror, I found it broken in the cup holder. It's not that big of a deal however I would have appreciated it if it were brought to my attention upon picking up the car. Thank you for keeping me well informed throughout the process.
