I felt they went above and beyond in getting the car rental company to find a car that would fit our family. I was told that the repair would take a day or two and they were done in 4 hours.

Chris Keeler was fantastic. I've never crashed my car before (and hopefully won't again!) and had no idea how the process worked once my car was towed to Kniesel's. Chris was super helpful and cooperative with my lack of knowledge and walked me through the process better than my insurance company. He was truly the best and helped me to not stress about the situation. I can't thank him enough!
