Maintenance crew and Mgr. rate 10 on scale of **** to 10 Outstanding professionalism and concern for my needs. Due to unexpected additional work and delivery of wrong or substandard replacement parts my delivery date changed from a 6 day job to a 12 day job thru no fault of the crew. I thought vulgar and rude thoughts of them in that time, but was extremely pleased when I picked up my car.

I was very pleased with the end result of the work done on my car. Two small issues were it took too long to complete the job and after I had picked up my car I had to return because the check engine light was still on after all the work was completed.

Chris K was so awesome. He was very engaged and promptly ansered any questions I had. I just turned 18 and he treated me like a true adult and I couldn't ask for anything better. The door that got fixed was flawless and I drove away with a big smile :)

I just realized that there's a piece that is completely missing from my bumper so I will be bringing it in tomorrow to get that addressed along with the scratch that I got on the back of my car from leaving it there
