My experience at kniesels was stress free. Cole did an outstanding job making sure I didn't have to worry about the repair of my Toyota Corolla. I am 8 months pregnant and he worked around my crazy schedule with me. I am truly great full for how informative and supporting he was with my many questions towards the damage and repair towards my vehicle. I will be coming back to kniesels if there is any future damage towards my car.

The repairs were done perfectly and were completed in a reasonable time. I was kept informed and updated every couple of days as to the progress. Everyone employee that I dealt with conducted themselves in a very professional and courteous manner. The entire car was cleaned completely inside and out and was appreciated very much. Thank you!

It looked like the molding on the door had new damages to me and your acct rep was going to check with State Farm to see if they would cover same. If you still believe it is prior damages, kindly show me the photo taken prior to the 6-13-16 accident that shows that the molding damages existed prior to that accident. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the repairs for the two accidents.
