Dustin and the whole team were fantastic. Even though we were delayed a bit due to the wrong part being delivered, they took the extra step and covered the days of my rental and did an awesome job cleaning my truck and giving it back to me better than before the accident. All the representatives I spoke to were not very helpful and rude to myself and my family that helped me out, as this was my first experience fixing my car. In addition, upon return of my car, it was significantly late and not fixed properly and I will need to take more time without my vehicle and time off of work to allow them more time to fix the things they 'missed' during the multiple weeks that they had the car. The representatives also did not keep me updated with what was happening with my car & only answered questions after playing 'phone tag' for days.

It has taken over 2 months and two times having the car in for one minor repair. Two times ordering and waiting for the wrong part ordered and still requires a 3rd visit yet before they complete the repair. There were excuses as to why the wrong part was procured, yet the result is much time and inconvenience to me. Kniesel is responsible for identifying and ordering the right parts the first time vs. 3rd.
