LUCAS Allen, was extremely polite, efficient and detailed in his job protocol. He called me with updates and when the car's repairs were completed. He has exceptional customer service with a high level of professionalism. He represents Kniesel's Collision Center's vision very well and I appreciate my car even more now. Chris was in contact with me thru all steps of the process. His team set up a rental, made sure I was informed about the repairs and timeframe, and even went the extra mile to make sure my car was mirror shiny when I got it back! My favorite license plate frame even made it onto my bumper!! Many thanks to Chris and team!
