Overall, I appreciate the politeness and professionalism I received once I got to talk to someone, however, I was told that I would be kept up on the progress of the repairs. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I got passed around and forgotten in the shuffle. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience with your shop and my car look wonderful. Thank you.

Everything was 99.999% with the one small exception with there still being some pink and orange markings left on the paint. Other than that, so far so good.

Blake has been excellent in communicating with me in answering all my questions and concerns. The front desk has been extremely courteous. Facility is nice to sit in. My car repairs look and function great. This is our third experience between Natomas and downtown Sac and all services have been outstanding. Nice to be able to trust a body shop these days. There are fish eyes, paint drips, a noticeable painted over knick out of the brand new bumper, and dust particles painted over (looks like spots were missed on the wet sand). They kept my car **** extra day to makes sure everything was exact and these type of errors were not made. One imperfection would have been somewhat understandable, however, 4 things is an ovelook to detail. Disappointed and frustrated that this will take more time out of my busy schedule to fix. I did leave a message for my service manager, but he was gone for the weekend (it was after 5:00). I look forward to resolving the issue on Monday. John was great with updates and getting the necassary parts, however, I am very diappointed the car was released and deemded finished with these obvious imperfections.
