I rcvd my car back and noticed the next day the passenger head rest was broken. Went to shop 2 days later and Dan took pictures and informed me Joe will call back. Over a week went by I called shop and was informed they needed to submit supplemental claim and if insurance don't approve it's my responsibility. My accident occurred late February, my seat was not broken, damage done to left rear very minimal. Car was brought to knielsels second week of April due to my job and traveling. I picked car up and the f9llowing dat my children informed me that my seat was broken. I have never had any issues with knielsels as I have had 4 cars w9rked on there just the downtown location. The way theconversation n with Dan and Joe went I doubt I will be back. Now I am driving around with a head rest that is not operatal and dangerous! I guess they really don't care about there customers.

My son was not able to open the side door on the driver’s side. He ended up getting dropped off last night. The door jammed and the key will not open the “new” door that was recently replaced. Technically, no doors will open and he couldn’t drive the car. He just got the vehicle yesterday. It’s not even 24 hours yet! Basically, poor workmanship! Will call your company this morning.
