They did a great job communicating about the repairs to my car. I got text messages and voice mail keeping me updated. After repairs were completed Carlos walked me to the car. They polished my headlights and had my baby looking ????!!

Awesome service from the start---wonderful customer service from the front desk and from John Estrada. The repairs are beautiful and I couldn't be happier to have my car in such great condition as if the incident didn't even happen. The door no longer squeaks every time it opens and the paint matches and blends unrecognizably well. Thank you to the whole Kniesel team!

You guys did an awesome job! Everyone that saw my car when I brought it home said it looked like it did when it was brand new!! There's a lot of anxiety involved when you put your car in someone else's hands and I felt none whatsoever when I left my car with you guys. You guys were so efficient too and the car was done even before the projected completion date. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I will definitely recommend your services to anyone I know in need!!
