I have NEVER had a car repair experience as good as with Chilton! You guys are amazing! From the SECOND I pulled up the minute I left the customer service was phenomenal! My vehicle was repaired quickly and it looks better than when I first bought it! From text alerts to the ability to check on the progress online, this whole process was painless, seamless and, dare I say, enjoyable. We love that the staff keeps us informed every step of the way. I also like the facts that Roland did a thorough inspection of our vehicle before and after car was completed. Roland was very informative and explained in great detail.

Everything was great except the passenger side airbag warning light was not reset. Also the clock is now not set. Pretty minor things!! Otherwise, the service was great, the regular updates were great, the quick k repair time was great. You have a great business model and a great business. Thank you!

Not finished with the job. call me when you get the parts. Then call all state and tell them the paint job was missed. Also the dashboard lights are on. This was reported in the claim..

The whole staff was very welcoming they were very accommodating to my needs as well I brought my car in one day prior to I had gotten the wrong date and they still took me in which worked out perfect because the next day I had to work so I didn't have to rush things they also were very thorough in finding other damages done to my car that we're not visible to my eyes and kept up with letting me know on the assignments done to my car on the daily basis I really loved this Chilton Auto Body place it was really really good the staff was once again very nice to me from the beginning to the very end and I'll definitely come back again if I need anything done to my car. I will recommend this place I give Auto body shop definitely satisfaction guarantee...thank you Kevin and Staff!!!
