I was able to get my car back the next day as they told us when we dropped it off for repair. They did a good job on the body. However, one of the staff should have charged the non deductible for the repair based on what the amount showed on the invoice instead of over charged me. Hugo called and informed me the next day that was a mistake and he apologized for the over charged and a refund will mail to me in the mail within a couple day. I am happy for the honesty and services.

Customer service from Hugo is "5" Stars. From the time of the meet and greet to delivery of the completed work was great...better than a dealership. I would recommend this facility.

Chilton Auto Body in San Bruno, California is the best repair shop in the San Francisco Bay Area. Their excellent work and customer service are their greatest assets. I had a very difficult and urgent case because I was sick of a rare syndrome which left me with residual paralysis and blurred vision. Hugo Crisostomo and Matt Running were fantastic! I couldn't drive my car to drop off and pick up, more so to sign some papers. In the middle of all this, we had an emergency. My mother-in-law passed away, and my daughter who was helping me had to fix her passport and her travel requirements. She had to leave immediately. My son who was working full time gets off at 5:00 PM could not help because he was just recently hired. I explained everything to Hugo and Matt who were so professional and reliable. They worked with me all the way. Their communication was incredible. We exchange emails and timely phone calls. If both of us were busy and could not talk on the phone, we updated each other on every concern that came up via email. Very professional way of doing business. I highly recommend Chilton Auto Body for their excellent work and unmatched customer service. They are just simply the best!
