Everyone was very helpful and I appreciated the use of the loaner car. That was above and beyond what I expected. My only issue was with the grill that kept arriving broken. That wasn't the shop's fault.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The getleman/manager even came to my work to pick up my car when he saw I was concerned about doing a night drop off. Thank you guys. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing their car to be fixed.

My only complaint is that it took a long time, but I am sure that was due to insurance. It was great to get into a clean car. Overall I liked the updates I received.

I have had several positive experiences with Dally's, those experiences gave me the confidence that I was making the right decision to have Dally's repair my totalled vehicle. Dally's kept me informed through the entire process which made a very stressful situation bearable to deal with. My car looks and drives as if it was never in an accident.
