From the moment my 2012 Toyota RAV4 was taken in for the repair estimate until I picked it up on Friday, 20 January 2017, the people at John Harris Body Shop (Evergreen) exceeded my expectations. They were courteous, explained what was to be done, kept me updated with texts, and informed me that my car was ready to be picked up a day earlier than had been predicted. The car looks like it did before the collision -good as new!- and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They are in my opinion absolutely first-rate!
