The pin striping on drivers door has bubbles in it , other than that I was happy with the work . The staff are awesome people who want to do their best to make sure you are satisfied.

I? was really happy with the repairs and everyone was extremely nice. Scott at the front desk was personable and made sure that everything was explained and that we were on the same page. I? received multiple text messages from Jody that explained where everything was in the process and what the time line was. Very helpful to get those updates. They were even able to get it done two days before the expected date. VERY pleased and would come back again and I? would also recommend them to anyone that needed work done.

I appreciate the level of personal care and concern each individual (Scott, Kelly, and I think Wanda) extended for my situation. Because I'm a teacher, the hours I have to work with are pretty limited so I appreciate morning and afternoon hours for that communication. I remember a couple times where I was trying to make sure my contact phone number and email were changed because my contacts are different than the contact provided by USAA (that email and phone belonging to my parents) which was an issie because of the system. I know I talked on the phone to Scott about it, I talked in person with Wanda as she tried to update the contact in the system, but it wasn't until the day repairs were due to be complete and I talked to Kelly that apparently things were changed because that day I started getting the update texts. When I talked on the phone with Kelly I defaulted to "Well it's fine" because I was already used to having to call around during my planning period, class change, or lunch to get updates, but Kelly was very dissatisfied on my behalf that this had been happening. I totally understand that the contacts were imported from USAA, but I definitely remember discussing my phone and email contact before it got to Kelly and the people I talked to all confirmed they were updating the information, so it really does line up with what Kelly was saying that the system worked against the communication happening.

The initial estimate called for replacing the bumper but it was repaired instead. That was fine but the total cost didn’t change. That doesn’t make sense. I’m sure they are going to give me some ridiculous explanation, but, bottom line is repair of the bumper and not replacement shouldn’t have cost the same. I will say, however, that all of the people we dealt with were very nice..

Everything was so easy & convenient for me. The staff was especially nice, explaining every step. Scott was wonderful! I had insurance funded work as well as out of pocket work done.
