The Car Crafters team did an amazing job fixing all the damage in my vehicle. They always kept me updated along the way and my car was fixed in two short weeks. I did have to call them back to let them know they had not checked the alignment on the car and they were happy to allow me to take the car back. I was disappointed that the alignment got overlooked but I have no doubt it will be fixed correctly.

First of all, I appreciated the detailed Preliminary Estimate I received when bringing my Escape in for repairs. Next, the friendly attitude of the staff helped helped me to know I was cared about as a customer. Also, I greatly appreciated getting text updates.

It took 3 days longer than when they said it would be ready, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise I was satisfied with the repair service.
