The staff at North Fresno Collision was outstanding. When I first brought our car for repairs, I informed Meng that my wife was scheduled for back surgery on Tuesday, August 23rd at the Surgery Center at 7:30 a.m. and there was any opportunity to have our repair completed before that date, it would be greatly appreciated. And....the car was completed and we were able to pick up our car at 9:00 a.m. this morning. Our minds and prayers are on tomorrow's surgery and we didn't want to have our car on our mind.
And now, to the great service that we received, our car is no longer a concern.

It was overall really good. Meng was fantastic to work with! My only thing is as soon as a new estimate becomes known it should immediately be sent to insurance and the rental car shop. Not wait a few days. Other than that every thing was great!!

It took longer than expected and when I finally went to pick my car up, had paid etc. I was told that the window shield was cracked probably from an existing chip and when placed on the deying oven produced the crack. Not only
my car had no chipped windowshield but the fact that they suggested it as being my fault and that after 9 days I still have to wait for the window shield repair is unvelievable!!!
